Emma is an experienced psychotherapist who works with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties. She adopts an integrative approach to therapy, drawing on evidence-based models to tailor treatment to each client's unique needs and circumstances.

Alongside her private practice, Emma works as an NHS Psychosexual Therapist, supporting individuals and couples experiencing sexual difficulties and relationship challenges. She has extensive experience working with concerns relating to sexual functioning, intimacy, desire discrepancies, and psychosexual difficulties. Emma also has specialist expertise in the treatment of sexually compulsive and addictive behaviours, particularly where these difficulties impact relationships, wellbeing, and sexual functioning.

Prior to qualifying as a psychotherapist, Emma worked as a midwife and later within perinatal mental health services. This experience has led to a particular interest in supporting individuals recovering from birth trauma and other perinatal difficulties. Her unique clinical background allows her to provide compassionate, informed, and specialist support to those processing traumatic birth experiences and adjusting to parenthood.

Emma is known for her warm, collaborative, and compassionate approach. She aims to create a safe and supportive therapeutic space where clients feel understood, empowered, and able to work towards meaningful and lasting change.
